About the Resort

Nestled in the scenic Kennedy Valley of Western Perry County, Pennsylvania, Back Roads Camping and RV Resort was established in 2025 by Troy and Tricia Burkholder.  As passionate RVers, Troy and Tricia dreamed of creating a destination that reflects their love for the open road and the great outdoors.

Back Roads Camping and RV Resort offers a variety of unique lodging experiences, including Signature RV sites, luxury cabin rentals, full hook-up RV sites, and primitive tent sites for those seeking a more rustic camping experience.  Whether you’re planning a weekend escape or an extended retreat, our resort provides the perfect setting to unwind, explore, and reconnect with nature.
